All-round Clerk Administration & Logistics
Are you someone who does not want to sit behind a desk all day, but also does not want to work alone in the warehouse? Then this position might be perfect for you.
At Koberg we are looking for an all-round employee who will carry out administrative tasks as well as help process customer orders. You'll switch effortlessly between the office and warehouse, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Some mornings you will check invoices and process orders, while later in the day you will help with picking and preparing customer orders for shipment. No two days are the same.
What will you do?
Administration
- Prepare and process invoices
- Checking order and customer data
- Supporting the sales and purchasing department
- Processing administrative documents
- Contacting colleagues on current orders
Logistics
- Picking customer orders
- Checking and processing orders
- Processing incoming goods
- Keeping the warehouse neat and tidy
- Supporting daily logistics operations
