For our Bleiswijk office, we are looking for an accurate and enthusiastic colleague who will ensure that our administration is as well organised as our warehouse.

Administrative Assistant Invoicing

Are you someone who likes to keep an overview, works accurately and gets energy from an administration that is accurate to the decimal point? Then we are looking for you.

As Administrative Assistant Invoicing, you play an important role within our organisation. You will ensure that invoices are processed correctly, orders are handled well administratively and colleagues can rely on a well-organised administration.

You will work with us on a daily basis.

You will work with our range of plants, pots and interior plants on a daily basis. Because of this, affinity with greenery is a big plus. Knowledge of plants and pots is not obligatory, but it will help you understand products, orders and customer queries faster.

You will be responsible for the administration of the plants and pots.

What will you do?

  • Prepare and process invoices
  • Controlling order, customer and item data
  • Administrative processing of orders
  • Supporting the sales and purchasing department
  • Contacting colleagues on current orders
  • Processing administrative documents
  • Signalling and resolving deviations
  • Think about improvements within administrative processes


Who are you?

  • You are precise and structured
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are good at working independently
  • You are handy with computers and administrative systems
  • You keep an overview, even when busy
  • Experience with administrative work is a plus

At Koberg, we work with thousands of different plants, pots and accessories every day. Although you will mainly work in the office, you will be dealing with products, article groups and customer requests from the greenery sector on a daily basis.
