Connect with API
Welcome to the Koberg API Portal
At Koberg, efficient collaboration is key. We support our business partners by simplifying processes and making reliable data easily accessible. In addition to being a supplier of plants and related products, Koberg acts as a digital partner that helps align systems and workflows. This API portal provides all the necessary information to securely integrate Koberg data into your own applications.
What is the Koberg API?
The Koberg Application Programming Interface (API) allows you to connect selected Koberg data directly to your own systems or platforms. This ensures continuous access to up-to-date and accurate information. You decide how the data is used and how often it is refreshed. The API also supports order placement and order tracking functionalities.
Available data
The Koberg API provides access to the following data types:
-
Item data
Product-related information such as dimensions, weight and specifications. -
Image data
Up-to-date product images from our assortment. -
Stock data
Current availability and stock status. -
Pricing data
Current pricing information per item. -
Product attributes
Additional characteristics such as material, shape, application and placement.
Orders and order information
The API enables direct placement of sales orders. In addition, you can retrieve relevant order details such as order status and expected shipment dates.
Koberg API data is available in multiple languages, including English and Dutch.
How does it work?
1. Registration
The API service is available to Koberg business partners. If you do not yet have an account, you can register via our website.
2. Technical requirements
The API is not a plug-and-play solution. Implementation requires software development expertise. We recommend working with your own IT partner or developer. Koberg provides the data interface only and does not offer implementation support.
3. Test environment
To explore the API’s capabilities, a test environment is available. Developers can work with sample data to familiarize themselves with the structure and functionality.
4. Access request
After testing, you can submit a request for access to the production environment. Once approved, API credentials will be provided.
5. Development and go-live
With the credentials, you can configure your development environment, perform testing and prepare for a live integration.
Get started
Do you have an active Koberg account and the required technical support? Then you can start testing in the API test environment. Access is only visible when logged in. Further technical documentation is available in English.
